How does it work?

Step 1 – Apply Online

Complete the online form and submit the information online. This will give us all the information we require to determine if you are eligible for free funding from the government.

Step 2 – Pre-Survey Compliance Checks

If you are eligible for funding one of our team will contact you for further information. This will confirm that you live at the property along with other compliance checks that we need to secure the funding.

Step 3 – Free Property Assessment

We will arrange for a surveyor to attend the property to have a look around and determine what can be done to the property. The surveyor will look to help to lower the monthly bills by checking what you are eligible for. This can range from complete new heating systems, solar panels, roof insulation, wall insulation and underfloor insulation.

Step 4 – Design Stage

The surveyor will pass all information back and the design team will get to work to specify all the improvements that they will make to your property. This will give you an idea of what your annual bill savings will be and will allow the free funding to be verified.

Step 5 – Installation and Bills Review

Once funding has been approved the installation is passed to the install team in your area. This means that the jobs are completed to a very high standard, and you as a homeowner do not have to have any involvement in the whole process from start to finish. Once the installation is complete the property will be assessed to see exactly how much you will be saving per month on your bills.
